Luxury pad centrally located near Brighton station

Location and quality and size of apartment for 5 of us

Just a helpful comment to say that heatwave whilst there so used outside space. Could have been greatly improved if this area would have been tidied by jet washing and plants cut back.

Great location and modern feel of the property

Excellent location right next to the station and only a short walk into the centre of Brighton. The flat is fresh and modern and looks like it has been recently decorated. The kitchen is well equipped so you can make food if needed.

There are a few marks on the walls so it could do with a freshen up. The shower in the main bathroom was not draining very well meaning we had to wait between showers. Not ideal when there are 6 guests.

It was really central, modern and there was good insulation as we barely heard anyone else in the property. Great coffee machine was a bonus. Good communication when needed.

The outside area was in need of a good clean and tidy, there were a few little snags, broken back door handle, burns in throw that we needed to ensure owner knew about but overall not a problem.

The location near the station.

Not enough hangers or anywhere to hang towels or coats. EnSuite smelt of damp and there was mould round the windows. Room had a large green exit light so take an eye mask. Outside area was overgrown and could not be used. Cleaning rate high considering we only slept there. Television in bedroom didn’t work and in the living area it wasn’t straight forward with limited channels Some information regarding appliances would help or checked and reset after each stay. Never used third bedroom

The property is 1 min walk from the station and yet there is no noise from the street or the rails. We were a family of 5 and had enough space and comfortable beds for all. The kitchen is well equipped. The showers are AMAZING. The host is quick tp respond and you can leave bags in the property if you arrive earlier.

The TV in the bedroom didn't work- wasn't a big deal for us as we came for traveling and not watching TV.

Spacious, clean, very convenient location. Really nice outside space. Great facilities.

The property and its location are fantastic. Central to everything. Parking at the property is not available, there is paid parking nearby.
