Luxury pad centrally located near Brighton station

The location is good, pretty central and within walking distance of all the places we wanted to go. The rooms were a decent size and the showers were lovely.

The property said it catered for 6 people. We stayed as a group of 6 and there wasn't enough crockery to cater for all of us. The floors were dirty upon arrival. The bin lid didn't work, so the bin remained open. There was also no bin liner provided so we had to put rubbish directly in the bin. There were no recycling facilities either. When leaving we did tidy up and noticed that the hoover also did not work, maybe there could have been a dustpan and brush or a broom so we could sweep the floors?

Amazing location. Wonderful design. Very comfortable stay.

Slightly less clean than I imagined. But good enough. The sofa probably needs a little fixing.

Unfortunately the cleaners didn’t do the best job, lamps had dust on them, under beds were gross, cutlery. But nothing major to make me complain or not want to stay again. We definitely would. Just sometimes cleaners forget things.

A bit tight for 8 people. Not enough glasses/plates., Couch for two adults not really comfortable

We loved everything about it - would definitely book again and recommend to others. The apartment is clean, spacious (we were 6 people) and well equipped. So nice to have a garden as well. Price was great value. If you're travelling by train it is ideal - couldn't be much closer to the train station.
