Fantastic location with a wonderful view of the coast and cliffs of Broadstairs. Parking space right in front of your door, which is easy when there are a lot of people looking for a space to park there car when the weather is as wonderful as we had... Nice pub within 200m from the house and you can have wonderful walks on or off the beach at your doorstep. Golfcourse just around the corner and acces to all of the beautiful villages and gardens easily reachable by car.

lots of space, beautiful views, easy access to kingsgate bay and coastal walking trails.

on the main coastal road, so loud at times - but not bad compromise for the views of the bay! not a close walk to any shops, stores or restaurants other than the pub across the street, but easy for taxi and uber or a bit of a walk.

The location was stunning! Overlooking the picture postcard beach. We had an allocated car park space. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor (top). We had beautiful sea views from livingroom and front bedroom and quaint, old world garden views to the rear via the kitchen and back bedroom. We loved everything about the apartment.....styling, heating, dishwasher, sash windows, what's not to like! Our stay was enjoyable, comfortable and smooth running ie. our arrival was very easy, straight forward gaining entry to the apartment. We happened to meet and chat with the host. She was soooo friendly and welcoming. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property!

"Amazing location reasonably priced"

The location was amazing. Right at the front of the beach. There weren’t many shops around to buy food or drink for self catering so we ordered online. The inside of the rooms looked a bit outdated. Laundry machine was mouldy. Everything else was excellent. Thank you
