"Beach on your doorstep and superb base to explore Kent’s coastline"

Stones throw from beach Gorgeous decor in main bedroom plus premium bedding etc (a lovely touch). This bedroom was a haven and I’ve never slept so well when away from home! Beautiful beach/sea views Walking distance to two family friendly pubs - very different vibes but both with great service, friendly staff and vast menus. Parking spot Very kind and friendly host - thanks Simone Well equipped- dishwasher and washer dryer Large TV with Netflix Walking distance to two other beaches (both dog-free with facilities) Lots of mirrors and storage - often missing in holiday lets I find Good local knowledge - we took advice to visit Whitstable and many other local beaches and destinations.

Bathrooms dated (personal preference - they are fully functional) Would prefer if decor was updated as per the main bedroom Lounge/sofa comfort and layout No mobile signal (but there is WiFi) It looks like the property has a large garden, would be fabulous to be able to access a small slice of this A little more remote than we realised Pint glasses Slightly later checkout would be welcomed as there’s some cleaning/stripping of bed expectations

Beautiful flat, fully equipped, 300 Yards from the most beautiful Sand beach. There is nothing amiss here. And the weather was also warm and sunny - ein Traum, as we say in German.
