Absolutely nothing!

The location was on the main high street above an off-licence and takeaways. Hoards of people leaving clubs and bars filtering through all night so no sleep. ***Do not be scammed by this host-I contacted them stating the flat smelt of smoke as soon as we checked in. They have lied and accused us, a family of non smokers of doing so and have kept my £200 damage deposit. Disgusting behaviour and a total scam*** they held on to my money for 7 days before stating this even though they are supposed to refund it back upon checkout! Apart from that there was dirty washing in the washing machine, two towels for 5 guests and no bedding for the sofa bed. Booking.com have done nothing to assist me in getting my money back having spent hours on the phone -a total a scam!

No smoking area was good since I was with my children's. It was calm and silent inside the flat so could relax coming after work.

I missed the instructions send to get into the flat which was there in the booking app itself so had challenges in getting in. If copy of the message is sent to what's app I would have noticed.

"Good value and basic place for essentials"

Location was good and host was prompt with responses

Shower is a bit dirty and corridors getting to flat was dodgy but once you’re in it’s really good
