The property was nice in a very good area with lots of restaurants and nice places

Really clean and close to the middle of town

The location was amazing! This accommodation is within walking distance of everything in town centre. I could not find a single fault with the host!

Good location as it is close to all amenities and restaurants. Host is very friendly and helpful.

Can be a bit noisy on the weekends as it is located in city centre but great to get around city centre.

Location was good, in town but easy to get to. It is near the bars/clubs. I thought it would be really noisy but actually wasnt that bad. You cant hear music from the clubs, just loud people on the street and the occasional car revving past. Both nights its was quiet by 1am and the kids were able to go to sleep find and none of us (adults and children) were woken up by any noise. Aparatment was very well kept, clean and all the basic ameneties were there. Lovely hot shower. We didnt use the washing machine but nice to have one there. Host also provides iron, board, hairdryer, some cutlery etc. Beds were very comfortable. We didnt try the sofa bed. Host also left lots of towels, extra bedding etc. Only thing that was missing was a broom to sweep up. Host was very helpful and friendly and responded quickly to questions. Wifi was ok (7mps down and 19 up). Enough to work from and do some streaming on the tablets.

3 main issues with this listing, which are not down to the to the host so not a fault to them: 1 - Parking isnt great. There is paid parking but it is very confusing. You cant do a full day and night. You have to pay up until 5pm and then between 5pm - 6.30am it is £5. But this means I had to wake up at 6.30am every day to put more money in the meter for the day and then again at 5pm for the night. It also doesnt take cards so its either coins or the app, but you cant do the overnight parking on the app, for this you have to call the automated number and do it that way. The onstreet parking (Chatham Street and Granby Street) is free from 6pm till 7.30am. So i parked there and then had to wake up at 7.30 to move the car into the paid car park and then pay for however long i needed that day. 2 - There is a smell in the communal stairway. This could be down to the restaurants below/around. It wasnt so bad that you cant walk up the stairs, just a slight annoying smell 3 - Drainage - There was also a smell coming from the sink drainage, again this could be down to the building itself as you could smell it downstairs at the front of the building as well. Not a massive issue as it didnt make the place unlivable. Kids just moaned as they walked up and down the stairs.

It was very loud and noisy street, could not sleep until early hours of the morning until about 4.00am Cutlery and some crockery was only provided for 2 people although we had booked for 4 with two bedrooms
