A little more cooking facilities because microwave and toaster downstairs.

The property was immaculately presented and the owner Bev has clearly given great consideration to ensuring guests have everything they could need. Bev was also very accommodating to our travel plans.

It was clean and cozy and good value for money.

Not much. Did hit my head on the low sloping ceiling but got used to avoiding this.

Very quiet in a lovely location. Clean, tidy and well stocked for breakfast and snacks. Good spot for visiting Cadwell Park. Would definitely recommend.

Loved everything from the easy check-in, location, very clean & comfy apartment like home from home with amazing views of just fields as far as you can see, so peaceful. We will definitely be back in the future. ☺️

It so quite and tranquil, there are horses in the field behind us, they csme up to us. We could sit outside and admire the veiw with our cup of tea Bev the owner was very welcoming and freindly. We ere only 3.5 miles from woodhall spa

I loved everything but mainly the effort the hosts put in to make us feel welcome. Everything was perfect I will be visiting again. It was very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful little hideaway above the garage with stunning views! Our host Bev had thought of everything! Breakfast bars etc were included and they were hugely appreciated after not having an evening meal on the day of our arrival.
