"A perfectly located gem in Edinburgh: Comfort, Convenience & Charm."

It's always hard, trying to find a place to stay, that is easy to get to and has some essential services close by. Well we hit the jackpot with the Bernard St property. The tram line is literally across the road and is a hassle free 20 min journey to the main part of Edinburgh city centre. There are coffee shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants within a 5-10 minute easy walk. It's a casual 20 walk to the Royal Yacht Britannia and Distillery, for a meal and tour. We took a bike tour around Edinburgh, and their office was a 1 minute walk from the property. And then we talk about the property itself. Beautifully presented, very modern appliances, well laid out and we were able to feel right at home after 3 weeks of living out of a suitcase. It was definitely one of our accommodation highlights on our month long trip.

"Perfekte Oase für einen Städtetrip"

Super viel Platz, geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet und eine Ausstattung, die wirklich nichts zu wünschen übrig ließ! Tolle Küche, bequeme Betten und Sofas, modernes Bad mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Kleiner Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Leith ist ein schönes Hafenviertel mit vielen Restaurants, Kneipen und Biergärten, perfekt für einen entspannten Abendspaziergang am Wasser oder ein kühles Bier nach einem Tag im Touri-Rummel der Altstadt, die man mit der Metro trotzdem super schnell erreicht. Auch zum Schlafen war es angenehm ruhig. Absolut zu empfehlen!

"Leith is a lovely spot to stay in when visiting Edinburgh."

Very nice apartment in a great location. Bathroom and kitchen very good. Right beside the tram stop, and in the centre of Leith. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Nobody to meet us on arrival, very impersonal. No flexibility regarding arrival or departure times. We found it difficult to turn the key in the door.

"Homely, spacious, warm, I would recommend."

Location, warmth, amenities, decor, it was homely. Bed was very comfy.

It would be my recommendation that the mat under the coffee table to be cleaned or replaced. It was very dirty, I rolled it away and washed the floors. If I was the owner I would ask the cleaners to do a spring clean.
