Ropewalks Apartments by Happy Days

The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed there.

We'd booked somewhere at a specific location with free parking and a balcony but when we went to check in, they'd moved us somewhere else. A much noisier location with no balcony and no parking nearby - they did reimburse us for the parking but the communication was poor and it disrupted our plans for the day quite a bit as we weren't told of the change of location until after parking.

Central location, spacious, clean and everything provided.

No hot water in shower. Was told a plumber could not be found on a Saturday in Liverpool. Wifi codes did not match provider. Was given wrong floor for the flat on arrival. The numbers non sequential so difficult to find the right flat.

Location was wonderful. Really close to everything. The free parking was amazing. The balcony was nice with a pretty view. My kids liked playing on it too. The kitchen was well equipped too.

A lot of things were broken. Bed, handles, faucet, bulbs, flush etc etc. The sofa bed was broken too so couldn’t use it in the living room. I found lots and lots of other people’s hair everywhere. The blinds dangly bits were such a risk for my baby. Instructions on Wi-Fi were a little miss-communicated (only figured out the correct details on day 2 accidentally). For the price it was okay, but I think a lot of these things are quickly fixable and will help them create a much better stay for their tenants.

Filthy place, urine on thr toilet broken furniture, not working bedroom door, not working tv, no wi fi, corridor stank of urine and marihuana. Flat opposite and directly above had a party from 5pm till 10 am next day. We contacted the customer service for refund and provided some of the pictures, it was 2 weeks ago, not heard since.

The location was perfect and all instructions were clear. The apartment was spacious and clean.

No plug for the sink No cheese grater No curtains in bedrooms - made our 5yrs old wake up earlier than usual Neighbours below smoking cannabis on their balcony so we had to keep door and windows closed - however, once I reported this to the customer service number provided this was sorted straight away.

Great location, quiet for city centre

WiFi didn’t work and despite messaging asking for help I got no response. Mattress was very poor and pillow was very flat
