Great views,secure parking,24 hour shop within 200 metres,right in city centre,every viewing platform that exists on the TV,Harry the guy we talked to was very helpful.

Clean , modern and great location.

The settee is stained, needs a good clean. Small rusty bin in toilet needs replacing. Tin opener needs replacing. Could do with some bleach and a brush clean around and down the plughole in the kitchen. Also reported blockage in sink of en suite and the freezer was so frozen couldn’t use so had to defrost sent photos as proof

Excellent apartment in a brilliant location easy walking distance from centre would definitely use again

What I didn't like was probably not booking a longer stay we all had a fantastic time

Nothing it was not the apartment I paid for

In bad repair, broken blinds, no safety locks on windows, freezer frozen up, no lid on bin, no plugs in sinks. No parking no balcony all of which I paid for!

No breakfast, but clean kitchen and plates, cups cuttlery etc

The apartment was spacious & acceptably clean.

Getting access to the apartment was a bit of a chore. I had tried to pay my security deposit twice before departing from home, to be told to pay it on arrival. We assumed that there would be some sort of receptionist at the property as we'd been asked for our time of arrival. No-one there to help or explain what we had to do. After a couple of phone calls we did, eventually gain access. The apartment had the minimum of very flat pillows, the minimum crockery & I'm glad I didn't need to cook whilst there! Our T.V. had no sky, netflix or any of the facilities promised. We couldn't even get ITV - Only BBC channels. I reported this the following morning & was told it would be sorted that day - 5 days later we left, still waiting for the T.V. to be fixed! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!
