"In short, If I ignore about parking mess, stay was okay. Ill only favour about the location."

Pros- Location was great. Flat was on 8th floor and view from the Balcony and bedrooms were amazing.

Staff- One of the worst experience ever. They gave us wrong entry code to the apartment. Parking fob was not provided so our car was stuck for 20+ hours as we managed to park with residents help as staff said fob is inside the flat. Even after calling them more than 10 times, no action was taken.Had to suffer the loss of 100£ to book a cab for travel and they were not even apologetic. Kitchen- Utensils were dirty and Owen was greasy and not cleaned. Bedroom- No ceiling lights in bedroom attached to living room.

Apartment stunk of smoke although supposed to be non smoking. Smoke detector handing from Kitchen, glass under kitchen unit, wires hanging in hall, you could feel springs through mattresses, holes in walls, only 3 Mugs, no fire extinguisher although shown in video, tv in foreign - couldn’t change. Positive great location

The location was central to all attractions in Liverpool.it was clean warm and comfortable

We booked through booking .com.the security deposit is misleading.it states a £100 deposit is required but the week before happy days apartments contacted saying that a deposit of £50 per person was required before check in instruction would be released.which meant as I'd booked for 12 people I had to pay £600 security deposit.

Spacious and very clean Fabulous views

Hair dryer not working Free parking confusing as had to pay in advance and get the money back.very expensive to park in the suggested car park for the stay. No tea towel or dishwasher tablets

We had a number of issues with our stay. When we first arrived we were told we could go to the reception area at 14 Colquitt street and got our uber to drop us there. We were left standing outside in the pouring rain and there was no way to get into the area we were told was the ‘offices’ but no one would let us in. There was no sign of life there and I was on the phone to your colleagues who advised me someone would be coming to let me in shortly. We waited nearly 30 minutes and no one appeared. I then had to ring back and pay the apartment deposit over the phone. This was all going on whilst standing in the rain with all our luggage. We then had to walk to the apartment (which we could of got dropped off at, if we had of known there was no one to attend to us at the office!) The booking stated it was suitable for 6 people, however this was not the case... there was two bedrooms and a sofa bed but the sofa bed would not work for us. We messaged for help with this and was told someone would be round to sort this but no one came to resolve the issue. The bed pulled out at the bottom but this was just a hard base with no mattress or cushions. There also wasn’t enough bedding for the bed as there was only one pillow. Two of us had to lye on the sides of the sofa. This meant I had to lye without a pillow and used a coat for a blanket! May I remind you this was an extremely cold weekend. The next issue we had was with the shower in the main bathroom. There was just a dribble of water coming out of the shower and was unusable. 6 people therefore had to shower in the ensuite bathroom and left us late for a brunch we had booked on the Saturday. In the main bathroom there was also an issue with the sink being blocked and would take a long time to drain. This was extremely disappointing as we had spent a lot of money to stay here and was looking forward to staying in a nice apartment. However I returned home with back pain!
