I like how the keys are outside so when it’s time to go instead of waiting for the host you can easily put them back into the lock box.

To be honest there wasn’t really anything to not like about the property. And the kettle was dirty so couldn’t get a cup of tea or coffee.

It was clean and in a good location.

The key fob to open the under-croft garage didn't work. Three light-bulbs were missing. There was a bracket on the wall in the hall for a fire extinguisher but no fire extinguisher. There was a holder in the kitchen for a fire blanket but no blanket. The bedside light in the second bedroom had no outlet within reach. The customer support line was run from the Philippines so that the support staff had no idea of what was going on at the property and, while polite and attempting to be helpful, they could not find a way to let us into the garage.

Good space, everything i needed Location was perfect

Not clean No blinds in bedroom Could feel springs in the bed No parking although advertised Staff on the phone didn't know what to do so had to keep calling another office Block smelt of cannabis Shower barely worked

I made the payment by debit card and it's been more than 30 days and the money hasn't been returned. I will contact the booking center and file a complaint. This is wrong. You want to keep the deposit.

Good location and flat was clean and tidy

The beds were terrible in 1 of the rooms. ie the room with the 2 double beds were really bad. You could feel every spring. Really impacted our weekend. This would be an easy fix if this could be sorted.. Also, details were incorrect for the location of flat - stated 1st floor room 22. We had to ring up several times to get the correct flat location.
