Ropewalks Apartments by Happy Days

The parking that was supplied was not organised. Inside of the flat complex there were multiple spaces allocated to East flat however when we got there all the spaces dedicated to us were taken. When we reached out to them they did get back to us very quickly and they told us to park in any space. These were spaces that were allocated to other flats in the complex. The rooms were spacious and just like the photos however each room had damage in it.

The location was good.

The palaver of getting in when we got there and some blinds were broken. The cups in the kitchen were stuck in the cupboard and dirty. It was probably one of the worst places we have stayed in. The beds were very uncomfortable too.

Location was fine but that was about it.

Unfortunately the property was not very clean, a lot of mould on the bathroom tiles and shower door….crumbs all over kitchen area. Also the sofa bed is broken at one side so had to stabilise it with the door wedge for the living room door. Both beds mattress’s are totally gone the springs are visible and can feel them as you lay on the bed. Living area blinds broken and some on the floor same for the en suite bedroom blind sections missing and you can feel the breeze coming in through the windows. The random sliding door between the living room and bedroom was off the hinge so had a struggle trying to close it. Big open gaps between the units in the kitchen area…. Frayed carpets and the bedding for the beds didn’t fit properly as they were flat sheets for the mattress’s which are so annoying as your always fixing the bed. Utensils and cutlery were all very random did not use the cooker or dish washer but did use the washing machine once which was very noisy. Not enough toilet roll supplies or towels for our 4 day stay …. Even after getting a message from the host asking if we would like anything else to make our stay more comfortable.

Was dirty when we arrived, dirt of plates, wine glass still had wine in & lipgloss stains round the rims Sauce up kitchen cupboards Floor dirty / bathroom dirty The main bedroom bed is broken Then balcony floor is coming up so if you step on it in certain way it lifts up (which is dangerous I fell over)

Was not cleaned right and our check in was delayed cause of lack of staff apparently blinds were so dirty lift was dicusting had food and vomit in it omg what a experience, and they took 2 off our deposits out of bank straight away and have not refunded them and apartment was left cleaner than we went into it awful experience
