Apartment was filthy, main bedroom floor was soaking wet for the 3 days we stayed sheets were filthy we could only use one bedroom, flies all around no answer when needed to get into property sliding door in bedroom was broke, hairdryer etc wasn’t included

Property was really nice and very good value for money.

Close to where I needed to be and had parking

The fact you have to mess about to actual park in the facility it was an absolute nightmare getting in and not one staff member could help another person staying at the facility ended up helping us also the place was absolutely filthy, broken, missing and dishevelled blinds, stains on bedding, dead bugs and dirt all over the floors also there was awful smells in there even the lift doors and all carpets where absolutely disgusting look like they never get hoovered or cleaned at all

Excellent location and easy parking

The mattresses are in desperate need of replacement. You can literally feel every spring which made for a really uncomfortable nights sleep. Not very clean at all. Kept our boots on all weekend as the floor was filthy. Stains all over settee and the dining chairs covered in crusty food.

We stayed in apartment 14 at Ropewalks It is a really good apartment but desperately in need of investment in repairs and maintenance. Absolutely essential are • A new mattress in the smaller of the two bedrooms – a mattress topper is not enough • The replacement of the blinds that are in a very poor state in all rooms • The removal of rubbish on the balconies • Light bulbs in every light fitting without one – this a health and safety issue! • Freezer needs a clean Highly desirable • Basin tap in the en-suite needs a lever • Shower hose in en-suite needs replacing as it leaks Desirable if you want people to think this is a nice place • At least four chairs at the table as apartment if for 4-6 people • A set of crockery rather than random mugs, dishes and plates – a nice set could be easily obtained from a charity shop • At least 6 knives, forks and spoons. • Replacement carpet in the larger bedroom as it has several burn marks All these would make the apartment far more desirable, get you better reviews and more bookings.

Been here before so knew it was right where we wanted to be,great couple of days.

Blinds were broken, beds extremely uncomfortable. Issues with parking access. Hair in bathroom/bathroom not cleaned

Honestly, this place was a letdown. First of all, there was no welcome pack, so we had no idea how anything worked, like the heating, which left the apartment freezing. I was able to contact a representative, but received incorrect instructions on how to do it. This also meant we had no bin bags. There were no oven gloves, and loads of the “utilities” they listed weren’t actually provided properly (no dishwasher tablets, no bin bags, etc.). The fridge didn’t work (maybe there would’ve been instructions in the welcome pack but we didn’t have one) and even though we were told someone would come fix it, no one ever did. This meant that we had to get rid of some food we brought with us. They advertised Netflix as a feature, but it was literally just the app, not an actual account. The hallway smelled like rotten eggs and weed the whole time. The bed in the master bedroom was sunken in the middle, meaning it was quite uncomfortable. The blinds in the room were all broken and shabby so they let in quite a lot of light at night. There were also dead bugs in the windowsill of the bedroom. We had to pay a deposit to make sure we left the place clean, but it was already dirty when we arrived. Wouldn’t stay here again — definitely not worth the money.

The location was good for Liverpool L1 and the apartment spacious.

This is a good apartment but it was badly maintained. There were lights missing from 3 fittings and all the vertical blinds were none functioning meaning that we had little privacy and light streamed in at sunrise. There was no antenna connection for the TV meaning we could not watch TV. Builder's rubbish had been stored on the balconies and the tiles on the balconies were wobbly and not grouted in which is dangerous. The instructions to access the carpark were ambiguous. The car park is actually accessed via the second (not the first ramp) meaning we had to reverse down. There were grubby marks all over the place.
