Garden rest

It's a perfect little spot to finish your day and get ready for the next. It's the second time I have been to stay here, and Mark is an excellent host. There, on arrival, with a quick run down of how to use everything, and then he leaves you to it. Quiet, idealic English countryside on your doorstep. What more would you want.

Suited our needs for stay for festival. Better than camping lol. Nice to have milk and cake provided when we arrived.

Breakfast was not supplied but this was not a problem as I took my own breakfast. Mark the owner was very good and helped me with the television control but perhaps some written details would help. He also provided milk and nice cake. The bed and accommodation were very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. A lovely apartment.

Instructions to use the television due to the fact two controls and trying to juggle between them.

The apartment was lovely and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom excellent. Had everything I needed and Mark supplied milk, tea, coffee and CAKE!!! I loved the pictures on the wall of the Donkeys and the Highland Cow. I hope to revisit.

Could do with some written instructions for the Television, it is a little complicated using it through Sky Box but Mark did come and help and tried to show me how it worked.

Lovely Lovely countryside retreat. It also was a Close to Beccles and the broads which we love. Host was so friendly and had put milk in fridge and some cake for us to enjoy. Lovely outside space and safe parking.

It was all lovely.

Really quiet and peaceful, with some nice walks around the area. The holiday let had everything we wanted and finished to a very high standard. Fantastic valve for money

Perfectly situated to visit family, just a short ride to the nearest village for supplies. Mark, our host, was there on arrival with a pint of milk ready for a good cuppa after my long drive. Suited my needs of somewhere quiet to spend time with family rather than a busy hotel. Facilities were excellent, finished to a high standard with everything you needed, whether ordering in or cooking for yourselves. Will be definitely booking again.
