Location great for our needs. Parking easy. Apartment comfortable, had everything to cater for our needs. Well decorated throughout. Bathroom was lovely. Big fan in bedroom was a godsend as there in heatwave.

Bed was very soft and bouncy, not great for a bad back.

Very useful for the funeral we attended in Thatcham.

Shower could have been hotter, as water was only luke warm. Lack of hooks or wardrobe in small double bedroom.

A spacious property, well equipped with well thought out features, including plenty of plug points and a magnifying vanity mirror. There was also tea and coffee and bathroom products provided, and the property was spotless.

The beds were budget, with rocky headboard and sprung mattress with little padding or support. There needs to be attention paid to maintenance: the dining table legs wobble, the sofa legs were slightly buckled and the shower head needs descaling. The cost did not present value for money.

Easy to check in. Good location, parking easy. Kitchen facilities good.

Quilts were thin, so cold on first night, it was December.

Lovely apartment. Looks newly refurbished, everything we needed there, incredibly quiet, and the host was very helpful and accommodating.

Just a suggestion rather than a dislike - some coasters for the lovely wooden coffee table would be a good idea. We used one of the chopping boards to protect it from our glasses and coffee cups.
