Very good apartment everything you could need was there clean and comfortable and great location

Love the location and the space in the apartment

This was our 2nd stay and found that the apartment wasn't particularly clean. Carpets had not hoovered , hair on bathroom floor, no bath mat, dirty fan next to bed, burn on carpet in twin room with a bin placed over it and half a toilet roll left for 4 people. Yes we had absolutely no problem buying toilet rolls which we did and left however we would have preferred even just to have enough to last us overnight.

Nice comfy beds, apartment was nice and light, clean, great bathroom & shower, great location for local amenities.

Parking, had to be careful when packing & unloading car, due to parking restrictions.

We have stayed in Glaisdale previously and loved it. We love the location of the property and how spacious it is. The beds are so comfy and everything is so clean. It really feels like a home from home. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Not a dislike but feel a oven would be a perfect addition. We only had one toilet roll for two days which would have been fine but both children came down with runny noses!

Needs to be more clearer on where to put bin bags when you leave

Impressed by response when we are problem with a door handle. Excellent and very friendly service.

Not the properties fault but some late night noise from people outside
