The apartment was clean

For 1.5 hour I couldn’t get into the apartment as the there isn’t a full explanation of how to operate the locks and calling the assistance through booking.com didn’t seem to know how to deal with the problem. To enter the apartment you need to dial the code number given plus * symbol!!! Also additional 73 pounds were withdrawn from my card and I’m waiting for the expiration

Ideal location but wud try and book the Glaisdale apartment nxt time coz it's only first floor and my partner is partially sighted

Wud ov Preferred 2 double bed rooms

Everything, it was clean, comfortable, beds were exceptionally comfortable . Location was excellent No complaints at all

Absolutely nothing to dislike

Great location, theres a not bad priced parking spot a 2 minute walk away. Quite cosy! There’s skylight windows and sometimes seagulls land on it and it makes a cute photo

Not for older people as my grandmother couldn’t handle the many flights of stairs we weren’t aware of! Also not for tall people as my partner kept banging his head.

As there is no oven the property could do with an air fryer and I think the instructions need to make clear that the keypad to the right of the front door is not part of accessing the main door. Once you realise the blacked out digital lock on the front door is how to get in it is all straightforward. Also this is our second stay yet nothing has been done about the lack of a handrail by the front door steps. This makes accessing for older people more difficult and would be a great addition. Otherwise all was great.

Lack of parking

Proximity to the promenade, 5 minutes walk from the train station. The property is in great condition and with the necessary basics.

Cleanliness was not up to standard. Dirty towels, food on the carpet, and kitchen countertop with stains. I contacted Host and Stay, and they sent the usual complaint form via email, which I haven't been bothered to complete as I booked with this property management company 3 times, and each time, I had problems. Avoid booking with them if you can.
