Host & Stay - The Lealholm at Brunswick Holiday Apartments

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Zero complaints by anyone in the group. We definitely plan on coming again!

Good location and helpful staff. Free parking was available within 10 min walking distance.

A security deposit of 250 pounds had to be paid before arrival via an online provider. This includes a 10 pounds non refundable fee, which is in contradiction to the description. The deposit is refunded after 14 days.

Comfortable beds. Clean spacious bathroom. Lounge and kitchen adequate.

50 steps up to the apartment. Only 1 hand towel for 3 people for 3 nights. 1 bath towel per person for 3 nights. Shower was quite hard to understand and stiff to turn knobs.

Cannot fault it in any other way , the only problem we had was the touchscreen for the code but once we had mastered that it was ok , great for amenities although the walk uphill to it was a work out 😅 lovely place

Location to nearby shops/pubs was amazing . car park nearby . we stayed for our mates wedding at sneaton castle and was only 4min taxi journey .

rooms a little dirty in corners with dust etc . also bathroom especially shower looked as if it had not been cleaned. a lot of stairs and very low ceilings , we all hit our heads several times lol .

Location was perfect and was nice and clean and a few games to play

The location was good.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The stairs which we weren't aware of at the time of booking were really bad for us as one of us are with limited mobility. We would never had booked if they had stated that there were lots of steep stairs. This is a attic apartment so very low ceilings. That said it was a lovely apartment but I just wished they had been honest about the type of apartment it is so people with bad mobility wouldn't book. I'm sure for the young and fit they would love it so no need to con people by not advertising it properly
