Excellent apartment, great location, some nice touches from the hosts. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in this area.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful village, ideal for a weekend in Rutland. The fridge was generously stocked with essentials as was the bathroom. Kate was very helpful and friendly.

This lovely apartment was a lovely size, immaculately clean, very modern, very large bathroom and all amenities that you could want. The garden is superb and very interesting with the disused railway and bridge above.

Larger towels in the bathroom would be better. The didn't cover us and for such a luxurious bathroom I would have expected large bath sheets. It would have been better if the fridge had a small freezer compartment.

Stunning bedroom and bathroom with nice cosy lounge kitchen and pretty outdoor areas. Ian and Kate both very helpful and friendly. Very handy for the golf course.

Great decor, lovely bathroom, kitchen fully quipped, great welcome pack. Great communication from the host. Dead quiet at night. Lovely garden. If we had brought our dog, looks like there were some great walks. WIFI signal very good.

Parking just a bit tight, toook a bit of maneouvering to get into the spot, but then, we have an SUV, would not be a problem for a smaller car

not too sure how secure the garden (main gates opening too allow other in/out) for our small dogs

Self-contained apartment, lovely furnishings. Kate made us feel very welcome and left lots of welcome treats. Location was perfect, near to a couple of pubs and so peaceful.
