I had a lovely relaxing weekend away in this gorgeous apartment. It was set in a private garden and was very peaceful. The apartment was clean and welcoming, the bed was comfy. I enjoyed everything about this apartment.

The apartment was absolutely amazing. Very clean, fabulous bathroom, lovely comfortable bed, very well set out. Beautiful gardens all around the property. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Peaceful quiet location. Would recommend to anyone

Comfort and style. Peaceful location. Facilities good, and excellent provision of tea, bread, milk etc. Would definitely stay again.

Only gripe was internet went down just when we needed it. Tried all reset options before having to contact owner. To her credit it was immediately sorted by her resetting it all from the main house.

The location was excellent and very accessible apartment if you have mobility issues. Dog friendly with lovely garden. Hosts were quick to respond.

Limited food extras compared to some properties.

"No expense spared, lovely rural, quiet location with just about everything you need for a couple."

Warm, cosy, plush. We especially liked the huge bath, power shower, the underfloor heating, big bed, big screen with free wifi, netflix etc. Lovely quiet rural location - so peaceful at night I didn't even use my earplugs! It was great to be able to walk from the door to the Barrowden and Wakerley community shop for the cafe and fresh bread (we went on a Saturday).

Improvements would be: a few more breakfast items eg. filter coffee, bread / oats would have been nice extras. We are not big people but the towels were quite small (bath towels rather than sheets - I'd read the comments and brought our own thankfully.

"Perfect place to stay when exploring Rutland"

An absolutely stunning apartment, in an incredible location with luxury 5* hotel finishes. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was just beyond all expectation. Kate, as a host, was fantastic and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We will definitely be returning, thank you.
