"Quiet and Comfortable Stay"

Almost everything about it. We would definitely stay again. Easy to find from the directions, quiet, secure, and convenient. The underfloor heating was superb. A very comfortable accommodation.

Just a couple of very minor things. The shower was slippery and there were no bin bags.

The property was superb. It was clean and homely which is everything we wanted from it, after a busy day of wedding celebrations. A homely feel with modern facilities and a host who went the extra mile.

The property had almost everything we could need or expect. Particularly the furnishings, bathroom and the audio/visual equipment. The host was very friendly and helpful with allowing us to store our bikes in her garage. Also appreciated the food items provided (even though it was self catering). Location in a lovely village with lots of very helpful notes provided on places of interest and local walks. Only 15 minutes drive from Rutland Water and all of the facilities there.

Virtually everything we could need in the kitchen, but would appreciate egg cups and maybe extra lighting under the kitchen cupboards (for food preparation).

Lovely luxe appt. Fantastic bed, big tv, huge bath and shower.. Warm and cosy. Very close to edith weston and normanton sunken church.. Lovely village excellent meal at coach house pub. And dog friendly too. Loved it!

Excellent accommodation...idyllic setting...the hosts were lovely and had a wealth of local knowledge..even had deer and pheasant arrive in the garden...simply lovely if you enjoy the peace and quiet life

Everything was perfect, exceptionally clean, high spec fittings, large comfy bed and spacious bathroom. The welcome pack including bread and milk was a nice extra. The hosts were extremely responsive to our queries concerning check-in. Overall, a great find which we would highly recommend.
