Clean and ideal

this is a great location if you mainly eat out. very central to Whitby and next to great eating locations. We thought it was great as I slept on the sofa my son on the fold-out bed and my friend had the bedroom, enough space if you are happy sharing. would be great for a couple just having a romantic week away.

The kitchenette was a bit small and could do with a fold-up counter to work on. we could see this would be an issue so brought folding tables with us which made the space usable. to be fair there were few complaints as it fit our propose well.

Close to facilities

Advertised as sitting room and two bedrooms just sitting room/bedroom. Difficulties finding bedding. No cooker or space for anything in corridor. No washing up facilities except small sink in bathroom with no space for washing facilities.
