"Spacious comfortable apartment on shanklin seafront"

The apartment location is very good, right by the beach. Only a problem if you have difficulty walking, as Shanklin shops and old town are a 20-minute walk up the cliff. Pubs and cafes are nearby, but not a shop. The apartment is very spacious and well provisioned and has a small balcony to sit out on to enjoy the view. Also, it is very close to Shanklin Chine. Pay once, and get 6 more 'free' entries.

The only thing missing was English instructions for the washing machine and instructions for the TV. This is probably not a problem for younger people, but is for us oldies!

The location is supreme. And the apartment has everything you'd need. All well designed for a group/family of 4. The Shanklin beach is one of the best beaches in the Isle, shallow, sandy and ideal for a swim. The balcony and window are east facing, enjoying your breakfast and cuppa in the sun, watching the sea, listening to the waves, pretty much my ideal vacation.

Superb apartment in great location. Hosts have provided for everything, with excellent communication. There are numerous pubs and cafes within 2 mins walk.

Forcing myself to find fault, the single beds are quite small, and the shower could do with a small shelf or basket to put shampoo etc.
