Location, view, very clean. Liked the two bathrooms and showers.

I couldn’t fault the property the only negatively was no parking. However the people in the flat next door did not have a car and offered me their parking space.

Perfect location, with the sea 15 yards in front of you with no obstructions to the beautiful view. Travelled from London which was unexpectedly easy with train and hovercraft on one ticket door to door. Apartment was beautiful and Stan and Norie have made it a "home from home" Arrived and accessed the keys without any issues after excellent communication from both Stan and Norie, who could not been have more helpful in assisting us. Spotlessly clean in both the communal areas and the apartment. Coffee, tea and the basic essentials were awaiting us which was great after our journey. There is a lift as you enter the building which takes you to the first floor apartment and is a godsend for anyone with mobility issues. Stan and Norie, literally have everything you'd have in your own home - A washing machine, microwave, hoover, fans and even a hairdryer. Both rooms have tonnes of storage and hanging space. There are two restaurants/pubs 20 yards to your left - The Steamer Inn and I can't remember the other name :) We were not driving so made full use of the island buses which can be accessed from the station off the main street in Shanklin. We used the lift to get access to the top of the cliff and if you're not too fit would recommend using this. Travelled to Ventnor on the bus £2 and went to the Smoking Lobster Restaurant on the seafront. Looks very unassuming and needs to be booked in advance but well worth it - Haven't tasted Lobster that good in years - Food has an Asian twist and is delicious. If like us and travelling on Public Transport or indeed, fancy a night out without driving, we found a lovely taxi driver by the name of Paul and he can be contacted in advance of any nights out on 01983777759. We will definitely be returning (If Stan and Norie will have us :)) and could not recommend Tides Reach and its owners enough.

Absolutely nothing - 5****** for everything

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped modern flat right on the seafront. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the sounds and sights of the sea and watching the ships go by. One of the very best self catering places we have stayed in. Very quick response from Stan to the couple of questions that we had.

Excellent location - a literal stones throw from the beach.

Pillows were a little on the firm side.

The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the facilities were all very good.

The Wi-Fi seemed to be a bit intermittent.

Location was ideal, very close to restaurants and beach. Very well appointed flat with everything we needed. All very clean and tidy.

Breakfast not included - it was an apartment. Location was excellent.
