Nothing was perfect

The location of the apartment is perfect!

The noise at night wasn’t great but not the hosts fault.

The location of this property was key for our stay. It was literally down an alley off the Royal Mile. The property is very private. It is equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. The property is so close to the restaurants, pubs and takeaways you really do not need to cook unless your budget or diet needs otherwise. The keycode details are sent through on the day when the apartment is ready. Short video clips are also sent to help you with heating, hot water etc. There were plenty of basic supplies and a well stocked coffee machine. We replaced our keys in the locker when leaving.

At first the little alleyway to the main front door did not put us at ease. Opening the main door onto the concrete steps up to the apartment, field me with uncertainty. This was short lived. The apartment door was up a few flights of stairs and seemed like a haven as you opened the door. This iis not something the owner can change. The views are not particularly desirable, but why would they be?? You're in a city apartment in a prime location. The TV does try to buffer most of the time, again this is a difficult one to solve. It's not much different for us in the Norfolk countryside. A lack of nice plates, but this might be due to previous occupants breaking things.

Great location for a family wedding. Very comfortable beds, great facilities and easy check in.

Bathroom felt like it could be cleaner and quite loud outside but to be expected of central Edinburgh

Great location, close to everything, spacious apartment with all amenities.

Noisy, inconsiderate neighbours, and very close to a pub with some youngsters downstairs singing very loudly at 3am. Not the hosts fault obviously.

Batteries in remotes for both bedrooms were flat and thus we couldn’t use them!

Saknade ett matbord då vi spelade sällskapsspel några kvällar! Smutsig och ofräsch gränd och trapphus. Väldigt lyhört ut, särskilt med byggarbetare som jobbade utanför.

Great communication. Great facilities. It had everything you needed. Very clean and tidy right in the heart of Edinburgh

There were some young people lurking near to the entrance of the apartment, which was a little bit off-putting, but once we were in, it was great
