"Renovated apartment with stunning views and perfect central location."

The location was incredible. Hosts were so friendly and super responsive. Excellent communication and super comfortable. Loved waking up to the view of Old Town.

The washing machine/dryer didn’t work and it was stressful getting our washing washed and dried in time for check out. Up half the last night. The hosts were responsive but couldn’t get it fixed in time for our stay.

"Boutique luxury 2 bed apartment on a top floor"

We did love the layout of the apartment & the furniture & design. The beds were extremely comfortable & we loved the fact we had a walk-in shower & a free standing bath in one of the bedrooms.We also loved the boiling hot water tap instead of boiling a kettle , great idea & instant immediately:) Our host was very accommodating as i requested the apartment to have a few extras of 2 individual balloons & a banner to be placed in the apartment as 2 friends were celebrating a special birthday each & as offered i agreed to have a bottle of champagne on our arrival all for an extra charge of course & with no quibble at all we found it to be excellent service!

The location of the apartment as we had some very noisy neighbours on an evening that kept us awake sadly :( The window in the bathroom could do with being changed to something more private rather than painted :( & we also found to not have much privacy where the bath was aswell but we understand it to be a listed building so you probably don't have much option for this!

"Great place to stay in Edinburgh"

It was spacious so nice to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. Beds very good.

Stairs were a challenge but if you can handle them then it is totally worth it

"Great location, not as good as the photos represent."

The location was fantastic. The owner was lovely to communicate with.

We did not know that the apartment was on the 5th level with no lift. Very hard to navigate with 4 large suitcases. Not quite as the photos show. Lots of maintenance is required. Doors not closing, unable to use cupboards or wardrobes as filled with supplies and ‘Junk’. No lock on the bathroom door.

Very nice and newly renovated apt. w. luxury Boutique-style decor. Spacious bedrooms and all the amenities you could possibly need. Less than 2 min. from bustling day- and nightlife but still quiet. Free WiFi/Internet access (although painfully slow)

Entryway is a bit "what have I gotten into", but do not worry, upon entering the apt., you will be positively surprised
