Location right off of Royal Mile so very convenient to most attractions. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and new furnishings however not well thought out with guests

Like other reviews, this apartment has 1 bathroom with a pretty however silly sink that splashes water with use. The shower only has a partition that covers a third of the shower so water gets everywhere. No place to place your toiletries. The toilet seat and paper holder is broken. These issues have been documented in reviews from last June 2024 and have not been addressed or resolved. Yes there are many stairs to access the apartment however if you stay in Edinburgh in an older apartment this is common. Our biggest problem with staying in was host was very curtains when explaining we could not get the heat to work. We watched the many videos sent but we couldn’t get the heat above 16 celcius. Instead of being helpful she was rude and demeaning. The issue was heat so we checked out and went to the Hilton which also was convenient to the Royal mile.

The location was perfect.

Door to apartment was lying open and cleaning was questionable and disappointing.

Some features not practical - missing a mirror in master bedroom & bathroom sink often ended up going everywhere!

Location was great easy to get to close to everything. It was definitely on the top floor and very modern looking inside all the old build.

We where there after the New Year's, the people that rented in out it during the Christmas holiday season didn't take care of the property so the owner are now having to fix a few thing. So so we had to let them know and they were grateful for that.

The central location is great but the close was not .

The access close was not great.

Can't say what floors was clean, especially in the bathroom
