"Clean, full-featured and roomy stay in the heart of Royston."

Excellent location while visiting family in Royston. Seemed like a 9 3/4 type entrance! Tescos is right across the parking lot. WiFi is very strong. Appliances are brand new. Very clean and large space for the three of us.

Nothing to complain about!

"Perfect for a couple of days away to catch up with our son. Fantastic location in the town centre."

Location was excellent and our host was very friendly and helpful

Builders were working above us and came in early but couldn’t be helped and didn’t spoil our stay. The toilet didn’t flush very well and possibly needs a little look but otherwise no issues
