Beds were really good and the place was clean

The outer locked box was broken fortunately some one else in the property let us in .would be really usefull to have the numer of the propery on the door too

The sofa was increadibly uncomfy, the extractor fan in bathroom didnt work and the showere in bathroom was slow draining.parking permits would have been helpful

A spacious apartment with lovely sea views. Well equipped and in the main, clean. Close to bars, restaurants and the beach.

Both shower heads and drains were dirty and blocked and need a good clean. Bed/mattress in main bedroom has a dip in the middle so constantly rolling into it. Light from street lights leaks into front bedrooms. Blackout blinds or curtains would be a good idea. Stain on carpet in hallway spoil what are otherwise clean and good quality carpets.

Location and views were stunning, kitchen had all you needed.

Huge dirty carpet stains as you walk through door, no iron, I rang on first day to say, the response was that the last guests broke it but they never came to replace it during our 4 night stay, uncomfortable sofa, bed sunk in the middle giving us bad backs.

Extremely dirty carpet, smelt and looked like large sick areas. All carpets unclean, many smaller damaged items. Although I reported it in several times and had a response saying it will be sorted. Nothing.

Excellent location, beautiful property, great size, deco lovely and lots of lovely touches. Kitchen well equipped, lovely bathrooms and great size bedrooms. Fantastic views. Nice easy checking in.

Very hard uncomfortable settee. Very very uncomfortable beds, 4 out of 5 of us ended up with sore backs due to lots of walking and no where comfy to sit or sleep. Brown stains on carpet as soon as you entered the property which gave a bad 1st impression. The blinds were very hard to reach. Sadly all this has previously been mentioned in reviews and I was hoping it had been corrected but it hadn't.

Location is amazing. Parked right outside. P&D. Nice modern apartment. Bay window for people watching/view was the best part.

Master bed mattress needs replacing as a big dip in the middle. Sofa in lounge was v hard.

Views are fabulous. Great having 2 shower rooms.

The outside was scruffy - insulation from building works, rubbish left on and around the entrance steps The cost of parking was not included which made the stay more expensive per day and also created much inconvenience as we had to keep returning to the car to put additional time due to max hours you can book and pay for. This should have been incl with the booking as a permit as it previously has on other stays There was no iron in the room and I requested this on Day 2 at 09:06. Couldn’t fault the communication back and forth but I wanted until Day 3 and chased again at 09:00 advising we needed by 10:30 as we’re sick of looking scruffy on our holidays. Again good communication but the iron never turned up. In truth I suspected all along the email communication was simply paying lip service to me as when calling the phone number it was never answered. This was exceptionally poor

A great location, close to shops, bars, cafes and restaurants with a lovely view of the sea. Nice, bright,airy and spacious accommodation. Well decorated and equipped.

Some windows were a little steamed up and it was difficult to operate some of the window blinds due to the height of the windows and therefore the blind fittings. The sofa was a little hard and uncomfortable and the beds could do with some newer, fuller pillows.
