Flat 14d Bayhead

Comfortable, has all the facilities one needs, quiet, central, big TV screen.

It was a complete package - a well designed, compact, comfortable, roomy and safe space. Finer details had all been addressed and the snacks etc were creative and generous. It was well supplied with items needed for cooking and bathroom supplies were most generous. Off street parking was free and easy and it was close to the town. I had everything I needed to enable me to self-cater for a week.

It was convenient for my work, had enty free parking, an easy walk into town centre. Good shower size and a reasonable pressure of hot water. Clean white bedding. Area in the bedroom for doing hair and makeup, with a full size hairdryer.

The bed!!! There was very little space between bottom corner and the wall, it was covered by the duvet, walking into this knocking your knees each time, now with multiple bruises despite trying to be careful.

The location was excellent - handy for the town and for the roads leading out into Lewis. There was plenty of parking right by the flat. The flat was bright and airy. The living room/kitchen was nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable. The shower was very good. The host had provided some nibbles, a bottle of sparkling water and a couple of bottles of beers - a very nice touch.

The microwave was rather complicated to operate, so a manual would have been handy. The wifi was good at loading websites, but emails which had graphics content took a very long time to load, which was rather odd.

Host was responsive. Apartment was well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Parking was free. Walking distance to city centre.

Everything we could have needed and more was provided including some novels and useful information, Very clever use of small space. Nicely decorated.

Location was very convenient but outlook was drab.

Bathroom needs upgraded. Bed & bedroom small.
