"Very good"

The location was perfect. It was adequate for the number of people staying. We had everything we needed and access was easy.

The house smelt moldy and damp few problems with heating. The curtain in one of the room was not hung correctly so drawing the curtain was problematic. The place was quite dark and needed more light.

"Horrible - do not book!"

Unfortunately, there was not much that we liked - see below

We arrived at a property with rubbish all over the front green. The neighbours next door asked, whether everything is alright with us (they obviously did not know that the place is for rent as short-term accommodation). The house was not clean and the freezer door did not close as it was completely full and icy. There even was a puddle of water on the kitchen floor. The glasses and plates were sticky, so we just closed the kitchen door and never went in again during our stay (and ate outside). One of the cupboards was broken. Altogether it was a horrible place for which we paid 75 Pounds cleaning fee (I asked to get this money back, but never got any reply). KEEP AWAY FROM THIS ACCOMMODATION

Really nice neighbourhood, extremely close to train station and easy to get to central London. Management company were excellent, really accommodating and responsive. The apartment was lovely, extremely clean and spacious just like the photographs. Would definitely recommend.
