Great location, but that’s about it. The property itself was shockingly bad.

Noisy, dirty, everything was as cheap as they could possibly get away with. Which is ironic as it definitely wasn’t cheap to stay there!

The seagulls. And booking with booking .com. feeling like they are following you after using them. PAIN.

We arrived over a hour early and the room was ready. Lovely friendly reception team on arrival and departure

Just a few room facilities needed replacing. Bathroom sink was cracked. Plus the bed base needed replacing. Plank of wood covering a hole. The matress was fine . The rest if the room was excellent clean and very comfy.

the way the workers didn't just give us the keys they made sure my car was parked and that I would not have had a fine also making us feel welcome
