Location right on the sea front was great. Good facilities. Comfortable.

Wasn’t initially clear where/how to pick up the keys to access the building. Had to message. Shower wasn’t very warm and not adjustable.

Excellent location, easy to check in, friendly reception staff

Stayed in basement flat, you could hear guests above walking around really loudly. Bed side light didn't work (although we didn't report it to get it fixed (kept forgetting and it wasn't really an issue) I am sure it would of been fixed as soon as possible as nothing seems too much trouble. On arrival we were told that we couldn't use the bar after 7pm because there was a private party on both nights we wasn't informed of this at the time of booking however the hotel did waiver the additional charge for our dog (£15) as compensation. Over all another lovely stay, we look forward to staying again.

It was near the town- nothing else

I thought it was sea view, I booked but staff said it was town view but out of my window was a wall and roof and guttering. Dreadful room was ready to leave after 2 minutes very disappointed that when I booked I was misled and believed I had lovely big room with sea view. The room was lit up all night by light outside window and the shower was a small cupboard , will not be staying there again.

The studio was a short walk from the town. It had an amazing sea view which was very relaxing to sit and watch the sea. It was perfect for a couple of days away. It was clean and spacious. The double bed is big, and very comfy and the sofa bed is also a great asset. It was good to have a fridge and microwave and oven although we didn’t really use the oven and microwave. You can also use the facilities, bar, entertainment at the neighbouring Clarence Hotel, breakfast at the hotel is also available, at an extra cost -but it’s good to have the option.

There isn’t much to dislike, the kitchen area is very small but perfect to be able to make tea and coffee.
