Great location, 25 min walk from city centre. Lovely views. Great facilities and bonus having an ensuite. It was a very hot day and the property was very hot but the host arranged for fans to be promptly delivered. Very modern and stylish apartment. Only negative was the double bed which was very creaky and wobbly so may need replacing and a loud clicking/clanging noise that came from the boiler, so we didnt get much sleep. Also on the Saturday evening we could hear loud party goers until 2am outside (obviously not the hosts fault). Sunday evening was however quiet outside. Parking was fine with meters right outside. Local shops nearby. Would recommend and would use again.

The smell from the toilet that scent of sewage and also seen couple of German cockroaches.

Very central location. Easy to walk to lots of local attractions and west quay shopping centre. Also a very short walk to ocean villiage for restaurants and drinks. The host Neil couldn’t have done more for me whilst I was staying here for radiotherapy. I would recommend them to anyone needing somewhere in Southampton!

Balcony but it was flooded

Balcony flooded the romote controlls had no working batterys

The location was fantastic. Near eat spots and the Pier. Ideal if cruising from Southampton or getting ready to attend the nearby university. Good street parking too. Very secure with pass codes and keys.

The property was listed, and we wanted, a 2 bathroom but it was a one full bath and one ensuite toilet/sink. The landlord showed us another unit but this one offered more natural light so we kept it. There was only one close closet in one room and the other had a dresser. There are some basic housekeeping matters that were immediately addressed and remedied with the landlord. They were very responsive and learning how to manage a property. There was nothing major.

Close to our daughter and walkable to downtown.

Uncomfortable bed

Neat and tidy.

Building was run down. Room was neat and tidy, however tv in living space was so small it wasn’t even worth watching. Bedroom #2 was so small and poky, the double bed barely fits in the space.
