"3 night stay..ideal location for the tennis."

Location.v.good.Propertyrider very helpful when asked, and prompt to answer queries.Fans and bedside lights were much appreciated.

Back garden unusable due to very long grass,so no private outside space which was much needed as very hot during our stay.Poor quality and dirty cutlery ,it was worn out.A lack of teaspoons and small plates.torn wallcovering by table Heavy infestation of black ants in the kitchen food prep area.very creaky floorboards upstairs..If these things were addressed i would upgrade comments to very good.

A great two night stay next to local amenities and close to friends we were visiting. Clean and fresh with good WiFi. The owners were responsive and helpful with any queries we had.

Perfect for me, 1 mile from U of Nottingham Hallward Library. Easy parking, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Nice, modern house. Good internet.

Great location near to Beeston centre. Restaurants within easy walking distance. Good value for money.

The ID and deposit system is a bit of a nuisance but the host was helpful.

"Good stay but spoilt by not having the deposit returned despite leaving the property as found."

Good location with easy access to trams and cafes.

We were required to pay a deposit at short notice by the property, which was not stated in the information from Booking.com. However the deposit has not been repaid, and we left the property as we found it.

"Warm, comfortable house with good facilities and short walk to good shops, cafes, restaurants."

Convenience for local shops, restaurants, transport links.

3 hour delay in getting the keys. Felt very safe inside the house but obvious anti-social behaviour in surrounding area especially at night, so would not venture out alone.
