It was a spacious apartment. Very clean. Comfy bed. Lovely views of the river.

No parking n narrow street so unloading car was difficult. Stone steps up to apartment so disabled people would struggle.

No real negatives, perhaps a clothes horse for drying washing would have been helpful.

Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Best shower we could have had. Lovely harbour view. Everything was there for you. Everything you would need. And the best part they were a local spar five minutes walk open 7 days a week.

Before you get into your apartment, there are some steep steps. We got used to it, but I would say if you are disabled or in a wheelchair this is not for you. Apart from that, we loved the apartment, and Looe was a great place. Gorgeous beach. Very relaxing and plenty of places to eat, pubs and restaurants

The location is simply perfect in a calm neighborhood. The apartment is cosy and has a terrasse.

Really unclean, we had to clean it ourselves in order to feel comfortable. For example was the drawer for the cutlery absolutely disgusting. We mentioned this to the owner but she ignored us and didn't contact us. The apartment is quiet, as long as nobody is in the apartment above. Then one can hear every step they make.

Easy procedure to obtain the keys from a key safe in the entrance lobby.

On arrival the apartment had not been cleaned or beds/towels changed. The mattress and pillows were very stained. The bathroom was filthy with a broken toilet seat and no toilet paper. I had to clean the entire place, including emptying the fridge of food from previous visitors. I had to dispose of soiled bedding and towels as suggested by the owners. We did not see or hear from the cleaner for the duration of the holiday. I had contact with the owner in Portugal on the Sunday and we were offered £250 compensation which was banked into our account, but this included £80 cleaning which I did but we paid for !!!! In hindsight considering we paid £809 for an apartment with sea view we are not happy especially as the front of the apartment and road had scaffolding and men working from 8am to 4pm - pile driving constantly. I think you will agree £250 does not come near to what we should be compensated!!!

The property is very cosy with fantastic views. Restaurants, shops and pubs are within easy walking distance, if a bit hilly! The patio looking over the estuary is a bonus.

Shame that I couldn’t find a way to recycle so everything had to go in a waste bag.

The apartment was lovely and relaxing. It had all the amenities we needed It was located in a good spot. . We had lovely views of the harbour. Great views when we got up in the morning and in the evening. The apartment was very clean and tidy with the themed decor. Really lovely Tina and Daniel were very helpful. Thanks again to them both
