Very large and a lovely terrace

Bathroom needs attention. Shower quite mouldy.

Fabulous, quiet location with everything I needed for the week. Bed was comfy. Easy walk to everything Looe has to offer. I stayed on the ground floor so only had 11 stairs to lift luggage into the property. The ground floor appartments both had a terrace with outdoor furniture.

Bathroom could do with a paint to freshen it up, as there was typical Looe mould on the walls. While the road is closed it’s a bit of a walk with luggage which was fine for me but older people may find it more difficult.

The apartment was roomy and bright. Clean bedding and bathroom.

The outside seating area was a little neglected and in need of a brush and wash down

Bigger than it looks on the photos. Well equipped and clean. Good information in the folder in the apartment regarding pubs/restaurants, refuse collection and contact numbers. Try the Jolly Sailor and Black Swan for tasty traditional pub food and a very warm welcome. Also try La Bocca for the best pizza in town. Sea shanties at the Jolly on Thursday so best to book. Email from Sheila week before with entry information and parking information. We parked at Millpool and bought a week ticket before we arrived. Lastly, lovely views from the apartment.

The road outside the apartments is currently closed off so although you can get a car up the road to drop bags etc, you will have to reverse back quite a way.

The apartment itself is brilliant. Much larger than expected as the photos don't do it justice. Large bedroom and bed, big walk in shower and very comfortable sitting room with dining table overlooking the harbour. Location perfect. Paid for weeks parking at Mill pool car park 5 mins away.. even got sky TV in apartment

Would have been a score of 10 apart from couple of things- firstly we had to sweep the room on arrival as the floor was not clean. Plus the shower was not overly clean. Bit of a shame when so much added for a cleaning fee. Plus only one toilet roll for 5 nights stay? Others have commented on both these issues previously. Nor could we get a response from Tina when we asked for assistance. Left message but no call back forthcoming.
