A lovely place, clean, nice decor, everything supplied that you needed, good location. Nice helpful guy who owns it. Good value for money. Pint of milk in fridge, Biscuits and tea bags and sugar on arrival

Nothing really We expected a little traffic noise prior which wasn’t a problem during the night when it matters

Great location,comfy bed and appreciated all the bits and bobs left for our convenience, milk,biscuits,washing tabs,liquid,cloth etc.

Downside was black mould on bottom of curtains in bedroom which unfortunately appeared to cause breathing difficulties for myself as I suffer from asthma

Very cosy and well equipped for a self catering stay! The bunny theme is very cute. Everything was clean and tidy. Great location in the centre of Whitby. Pete was very helpful and friendly. I will be travelling to Whitby for work more in the future and will look to stay here again!

A very well appointed apartment. - very clean and tidy. - most essential features/ fittings etc were provided. Located ground floor. Central heating was easy to use and very efficient - good and easy controls. Very convenient for the town centre. Local bus service is generally very good and a 10 minutes or so walk from the apartment to the main bus station

THE LACK OF PARKING ADJACENT TO THE UNIT IS A MAJOR DISADVANTAGE. FOR THIS REASON WE WOULD NOT REVISIT OR RECOMMEND. When we arrived to drop off our suitcases etc my wife was accosted by a local resident telling us we were illegally parking and being very unhelpful. Watch out for unpleasant residents. - A problem even off-loading or loading your belongings on the narrow entrance street. A scratch card was available to us in the apartment but we didn't use it - parking for this card was a silly distance from the apartment. We parked free of charge on near-by roads. (no guarantees) CURTAINS BADLY FITTING - allowing too much light in the bedroom; Secondary glazing to all windows (presumably noise resistance) meant that there is NO natural ventilation in the apartment - not sure that's too healthy. The room lighting was too dull in all rooms. The lounge chandelier (very expensive look) had two lamp bulbs missing. A double spot in the kitchen area had only one lamp working - using the hob/ oven etc was too dull. No chopping or bread board. There was NO LIGHTING in the communal entrance hall and you need a torch to see the flat entrance door key lock). Bedding covers were too large for the duvet and uncomfortable.
