Central Brighton garden studio, close to seafront

Very well equipped kitchen and toiletries provided in the bathroom. Lots of hangers in the closet. The private garden would be lovely in the summer. Frequent bus services from the top of the road and a short walk to the seafront.

The steep stairs down to the flat with no light or handrail were difficult for me (I'm 70), especially with a suitcase. Plus no light in the entrance made opening the lock box a bit of a hassle. A stool tucked under the TV stand would be useful for when it's too cold to eat out of doors at the table, otherwise it's a plate on your lap.

Really cute space that had everything I needed. I loved the extra touches like the dressing table area with spare toiletries. The owners clearly take care of the studio and I felt very safe staying there alone. I would love to come back and stay for a few nights next time I’m in Brighton.

The studio Is lovely and centrally located. We loved it! Tye kitchen was equipped with all the essential bits. We'd definitely come back!

The studio was overall clean but few details had been missed (ex. used coffee pods from previous guests in the coffee machine, one coaster with a old mug ring). If it wasn't for that the room would have looked spekless :)

La cama era cómoda, casa bien equipada, muy buena situación. Íbamos con un niño pequeño y nos preguntó si preferíamos cuna o cama, fue un detalle.

La terraza estaba muy sucia, sensación de abandonada. En nuestro caso, al tener cama de niño en la habitacion, no teniamos sitio para comer dentro de la casita, y fuera estaba impracticable. La entrada también estaba abandonada, realmente daba miedo entrar por ahí. Ese pasillo no salía en las fotos que publican. En el apartamento de al lado vive gente y dejaban las colillas en la ventana por donde pasas. En la planta de arriba también vivía gente. En general, las casas de al lado, daban un poco de mal rollo.
