Central Brighton garden studio, close to seafront

- smart tv (netflix). - comfortable bed. - great location - short walk to beach/shops. - really clean and organised. - looks exactly as the images shown. - easy check in information/process. - plenty of facilities (hairdryer, really good coffee machine with pods, shampoo, body wash etc).

Niedliches Appartement mit Terrasse und Gartenbereich, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Da sich das Appartement im Untergeschoss befindet, war es zwangsläufig etwas feucht (hat während unseres Aufenthaltes aber auch jeden Tag geregnet) und man hörte die Bewohner im Stockwerk darüber. Leider wurden Bauarbeiten in der Wohnung darüber durchgeführt, dies war etwas lauter und die zur Wohnung gehörende Terrasse wurde von den Arbeitern in Anspruch genommen.

Communication with owner was excellent, they went above and beyond to answer all my questions and nothing was to much trouble

The location of the property was great, the check in process was seamless, had a little issue with the key safe but Ruth talked me through it and resolved it within minutes. Property was very clean, had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The entrance to the property is in need of a little refurbishment but I believe this is being addressed.

Good central space, easy to explore the city and host provided a good guide to the area. Nice small kitchen with some bits provided which was a lovely touch. Outdoor space is premium in Brighton so was nice to have this included.

Definitely not a place for anyone with mobility issues or physical disabilities. The steps down are difficult to manoeuvre, especially in the dark. Entry way was not the nicest but they did message to state it is awaiting renovation

Gorgeous one bed apartment, great location and host was so friendly. Would book again 😊

It had been ten years since myself and my wife had a date night experience was truly amazing highly recommended
