Central Brighton garden studio, close to seafront

Lovely apartment, great use of the space, really nice decor, friendly owner, bath, and offered early check in/late checkout. We had an amazing stay.

Had everything you needed

Smell of damp amd de-humidifier was on constantly. We emptied it twice.

Lovely flat, very comfy bed, well appointed kitchen, it was wonderful to have a quiet outside space to sit in. it was near everything we wanted to do.

Very clean apartment and well provisioned. Really appreciated the breakfast snacks etc left for us to enjoy.

Very scruffy entrance hall and the dirty patio area outside were quite off putting.

All of it the little personal touches, the outdoor space, the bed was so comfortable. It’s really lovely

The little kitchen spider who popped out to say hello When I was making a cuppa we became friends eventually 🤣

Excellent communication from the owner, easy to access great location. Small touches that made it feel like a home from home.

Great location, in place you can find everything you need, it’s amazing. Comfortable bad, nice atmosphere and nice decor.

The property was very well equipped. There was milk, butter and condiments all provided and also toiletries in the bathroom and dressing room area. The location is great.

There seemed to be some sort of damp in the apartment and there was quite a strong smell of it at times. My husband cut his foot on some glass or something in the carpet, but otherwise it was very clean. The garden does not look like the pics online anymore.
