Central Brighton garden studio, close to seafront

The studio was comfy and clean. It was very well located. Ruth the host was very available and nice! I recommend this accomodation!

The studio is in a basement, so it feels quite humid.

just about everything there you could need while you’re there. milk in the fridge, sun cream, toiletries . lovely touch with the fresh yellow roses .

no light in the entrance hall to see numbers on the lock box.

Convenient location, easy walk into centre of Brighton and even quicker to the seafront. Well presented accommodation ideal for a couple. Need to be a bit careful with the steps down to the basement level, but, honestly, what should you expect? it’s a basement! Hosts provided essentials in the fridge which was a real bonus. Wi-Fi easy set up. Outdoor area shared with the house but nice to sit out in the sunshine.

Very minor quibble couldn’t adjust the shower head setting.

Entrance was in poor condition. Bathroom very small

loved all the little touches like milk,tea,coffee,cereals, honey etc also the shopping bag and umbrella which came in useful as it was tipping down, location was great 1 minute from shops one way and 1 minute to the seafront another

it was ok for us but I guess the entrance being down steps could be an issue, the entrance wasn’t inviting, as Ruth explained, but once inside it was perfect

Great accommodations, everything was ready for us on the check in. Kitchen unit fulfilled. Bed ready, extra towels prepped. Just 10/10

To be honest all was good for us, couldn’t complain at all.
