Tricky description on booking.com had to get personal number as ID was required slow replies so if left you worried a lot as you had to wait hours for a reply and if you can’t find place you felt worried

Cold damp place no instructions on using gas Electric heaters in the wardrobe but van was damp wet from rain as leak in roof !!! Some of floor carpets wet van was very damp cold Wouldn’t return sadly I stayed as we booked a event and had little time to change our place defo would just book premier inn next time don’t bother ! If you have large dog in summer go it’s ideal but any other weather avoid Beds lovely soft but no bedding no loo roll no cleaning stuff zero absolutely nothing !! Zero ! Not one bit soap nothing ! We provided a dish cloth !

The area is nice, everything close to the caravan

1 plug in kitchen and 1 plug in bedroom, bathroom floor abit soft, fire doesn't work froze all night, spare lighter in draw doesn't work. Seeing it in person it was quite over priced for the days we were there. And no get you started soap or toilet roll, no samples to get yourself started till you go shopping, not mentioned on booking.com, only bed linen and towels asked to bring. Bedroom tv doesn't work nothing connected

Woods bar and restaurant was excellent food n drinks which is only a short walk through the site. There also a shop at beginning of site which is handy if forgot something while out.

Caravan in question was dirty up on arrival weather that's the cleaner's fault or the owners unsure ashtray full still left on table dirty cups plates in cupboard everything felt greasy

Nice site. Quite clean. Van was nice not far away from site shop. Enjoyed are stay.
