The shower was broken, and the pull out bed was broken. I had to wash the grill tray and bowls and glasses, and there was mould in the cupboard. The sky lite leaked, leaving a puddle not enough bedding.

Well where shall I start! A dirty, smelly and hazardous caravan which you could grow mushrooms in due to the horrendous mould! Heavily stained carpets, walls and other stuff. A pair of curtains shared between two rooms. Went and bought our own cups and slept in clothes. Water going into light fittings! The stainage in the light fitting in the lounge/diner is due to the water leakage in the ceiling. Offered to send maintenance and cleaners for our last night! Which I declined due to going home as soon as we could the next morning and knowing the extent of the work that was required. Pictures will show this! (Our complaint was met by arrogance and irritability). Since leaving we have been met with no apology and requests for a refund or part refund as met with total silence. We have tried to resolve this with the owner and booking.com to no avail. So I have no alternative other than to warn others! 1. Beware all is not always as good as it seems whilst booking via a company 2. Booking.com is clearly not bothered who allow to advertise on their website. I could only add 4 pictures but I have many more if you require them. The best thing is a match!

The location was nice

The caravan wasnt upto standard it wasnt cleaned properly was cold the fire didnt work and curtains in the bedroom didnt fit the window

I don’t think there was anything to like.

The caravan was filthy. Water poured in from roof. ( ididn’t read the reviews that mentioned all this) No Tv signal in bedroom. Curtains didn’t close. Only one at each window stretched across. Damp, mouldy & freezing cold. Layer of Grease everywhere. Never seen so many stains on the carpets & beds. Pillows smelt damp & bed didn’t work in the lounge. Fire didn’t work. Oven shelves didn’t fit across the oven. Skirting boards were minging 😷 muck & grease. Walls were all stained. Bed side lockers were disgusting. Got bitten by fleas. Muck behind taps. Gap between the fridge was filthy & I don’t think it had ever been pulled out. Oh microwave was clean. We had to use it to warm our coffee because the kettle didn’t boil it enough. Tap water was scolding & the fridge froze our milk and drinks. What should of been a treat for my 3 granddaughters was a nightmare.

Good little caravan lovely located ideal for my short break away with family Had an issue that the host quickly resolved

If I was to be really nit picking I would say the furnishing/decoration could do with updating the carpets was stained and the curtains could do with changing and decor freshening up but overall it wasn’t something that impacted on my stay
