Caravan not up to standard not clean roof leaking no hoover dog hairs all over shower broken toaster broken cups not clean sent photos through WhatsApp

Absolutely nothing.

Caravan was very dirty, stains on every carpet/flooring. Curtains all hanging off. Rusty fire and stools in lounge. Holes in bathroom walls. Nothing about it felt homely. Vent in ceiling was loose and leaking through into van when it rained. Stayed 1 night and left. Poor communication from host. Raised a complaint with them and sent some pictures and been ignored. Will not stay again. Really overpaid for what it was. Luckily we found somewhere a lot nicer and a fraction of the price for our holiday but had to use our holiday spends to pay for new caravan. Do not recommend.

Caravan was clean,free WiFi was great,site was in a good location as it is away from the busy part of Ingoldmells, shops,entertainment,cafe's and dog friendly beach just a 10 minute walk from site.

This is nit picking but would've liked the balcony on the caravan to have been a bit bigger, was only just enough space when we sat outside with the dog's. Also we took our own fan's to keep our dogs cool as there are none in the caravan would suggest to host's that this be added to list of things to take, but all in all a great pet friendly caravan thanks.

The caravan was not cleaned properly cups was filthy perfume bottles left behind cushions on the sofa even after we was told the cleaners had been in the tv in the bedroom worked but you couldn't watch anything as no ariel and kept getting no signal the tv in the main living space picture kept losing more times than watching it you try to get disney or amazon or netflix it will load eventually but watching them is a different matter the Internet is rubbish keeps crashing so we had no Internet and no tv it was totally rubbish could of got better for price I think

The caravan was shocking overpriced for what we received no net curtains curtains were put up and not even ironed and took big it was scruffy and full of stains sorry to say absolutely ruined our holiday

Very close to everywhere

Mould in caravan, quite a lot of dust and dog hair everywhere, my friends Black tops and shorts were covered in white hair, spoke to owners and told me they’d speak to the cleaning staff, and the sofa bed was broken on arrival, owners got maintenance out and they fixed it however we will still unsure how to set it up tried pulling as a hard as possible but wouldn’t come up seemed a part of it was stuck under wood

Location.. Very very very little else

Sofa Bed was broken - despite making owner aware we were made to feel we had caused damage. The facility person was arrogant and wanted to immediately enter the property first thing in the morning to inspect despite all women getting ready for the day Mould, Mould and more Mould All mugs had mould literally growing in them

Not far from fantasy island, nice clean friendly site, pet friendly so was able to take the dogs caravan had everything needed
