There was no gas No heating No working cooker No working radiators Everything had failed its safety checks There was almost no communication from the owner of the property False advertisement

Accommodation. Paid a lot of money but didn't have passes for any of the entertainment on site after being moved from our 1st caravan location to another as it was a dirty , leaking, old disgusting dirty caravan we were put in on arrival . Nothing luxury about it. Will never book with booking. Com ever again.

Location

Big black hair everywhere cleaners just bushed it under cooker, roof leaking, no blankets for front room bed everything was just dirty have photos of everything was ment to be there 3 days clocked in Saturday 4pm left Sunday morning 11am waste of money
