River Cottage Hot tub spa

When we arrived we were greeted by Catherine's husband who made us feel very welcome. Keys were in the door, no problems at all with the key exchange.

Superb location. Quiet, lovely river in the grounds with seating areas, hammocks, bbq areas, children’s activities; swings, climbing frame, trampoline. Our cottage had a hot tub which was a bonus.

Nothing I can think of.

The property was immaculate, the benches and hammock by the river were amazing, we also had a go on the trampoline. The hot tub was amazing, the kitchen had EVERY utensil you’ll need, biscuits too! We got locked out of the cottage while in the hot tub, the host was on hand to help straight away. A fantastic location for a night away. The shower was amazing. There’s even wee seats! 10/10

Nothing, the only negative is we didn’t book in for longer.

The cottage is in a beautiful location. Patio area with hot tub and outdoor seating feels nice and private despite being close to main house. Beautiful grounds with river were right there to explore. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

This property was perfectly located, clean, beautiful and just what was needed to destress. John and Catherine were perfectly accommodating and lovely hosts.

The property was well equipped with everything you could think of, very clean and tidy and with your own privacy. The owners were always only a message or phone call away & responded quickly & were very helpful. The garden is shared but is so big that you still have your own space, filled with hammocks, swings, bbq, fire pit, trampoline etc and a beautiful river. The location was ideal for exploring the local area and for visits to local attractions around Loch Ness. Couldn’t fault it.

Nothing, the only recommendation would be to have a shelter for over the hottub so it can be used when raining heavily.

Lodge was well equipped and comfortable. Lovely, welcome addition of robes and slippers!. Hot tub perfect along with view of river. Super area by river with hammocks, tables/benches, trampoline, swings and football area for me and my 13 year old. Sound of the birds nearby made it even more magical. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly.
