The smell was horrendous in the apartment. My family and I aired the house out but only lasted 3 hours before we packed up and left. We informed the host as we left and they refused a refund because we didn’t call them while we where there to rectify the issue? Not sure how you would rectify a smelly wet dog stench. They continuously denied the smell even though they made a trip to the apartment 12+ hours later. Oh, and their cleaner couldn’t smell it either. Essentially insinuating that I was a liar. We booked 3 nights and lost over $600. Appalling customer service.

The location was excellent. Always got parked on road where property was . Beds really clean and comfortable. Lovely touches such as toiletries . Excellent self-catering facilities. Easy Instructions to follow to get in and out of property. Very quiet both property and street . Superb for a family of five.

Bathroom needs a bit more of a clean around corners and edges , really don’t like seeing dust and hair, and could do with a sofa that’s not so awkward to sit on.
