Everything was fantastic, well furnished and comfortable apartment.

The noise obviously causes the neighbour underneath some problems.

Good apartment. Great location. Fab kitchen, shame we only had cereal and coffee in it.

The main bed wasn’t comfy. I slept in the second bedroom. I know there was a warning about the large step at the top of the stairs but I still fell both up and down it regularly. Also, there should be a notice telling you not to change the shower temperature otherwise you get scalded.

The location; quiet but within easy walking distance of the park, the abbey, the little city center and the supermarkets. The appartment itself with its color scheme and quirky details, the kitchen and the deck for lounging outside. The mattrasses are dippy in the middle though and the huge sofa is too comfy; its hard to get out of it ;-) Parking is easily found on the street outside.

The location was perfect - very central and handy for pubs/ eateries and the market as well as beautiful Abbey gardens.

A tiny quibble was that there was no bedside light for me in the bunk bedroom.

Good location, 5 min walk into Hexham town and Abbey. Good information pack from the host. Tea and coffee supplied too. Good for a couple or family stay. Recommended
